A confidential, invite-only group of accomplished executives. Members support one another through candid discussion, shared experience, and real-time problem solving on the challenges unique to leading at scale.

Core Principles

  • Confidentiality First:
    The cone of silence is paramount. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Ideas can be shared outside, but identities and affiliations remain private.
